Terms & Conditions for Group Visits

Thank you for booking a group visit to Leighton Hall. By booking your visit you are agreeing to adhere to the Terms & Conditions that are set out in this document

The Terms & Conditions are in no particular order:

• All group bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or letter).
• Group sizes must be a minimum of 20 people.
• All group visits must be prebooked.
• No exchanges or refunds will be offered.
• Group tickets cannot be used in conjunction with or at any Special Events.
• Leighton Hall Estate accepts no responsibility for any injuries resulting from any trips or falls while on the property, under any circumstances.
• Birds of Prey are only flown on open days between May and September weather permitting.
• All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
• Leighton Hall accepts no responsibility for any damage or theft to parked cars.
• Leighton Hall accepts no responsibility for any personal property.
• Unauthorised duplication of any ticket will prevent your admittance to the Hall and gardens.
• All foods served in our Tea Room may have come into contact or contain: Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Milk and other allergens. Please let our team know a week in advance if anyone in your group has any allergies we should be aware of.
• All group refreshments must be pre-booked and a weeks’ notice is required.
• Food orders can only be amended with more than 48 hours notice or pre-booked food will be charged for.
• Drones are not allowed unless by prior arrangement.
• No dogs allowed — unless they are assistance dogs.
• Cancellations must be made in writing no less than two weeks before the date you are due to visit, otherwise 50% of the booking is payable.
