Painting Through the Seasons with Elle Morse: Autumn
Spend a day sketching and painting, inspired by the glowing autumn colours and textures of Leighton Hall’s gardens. Combining a garden walk, botanical sketching and painting in a relaxed and welcoming studio setting, with tuition from local artist Elle. Suitable for all, booking essential.
Timings: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Cost: £60 including all painting materials, tea and coffee
This relaxed workshop begins with a sketching demonstration using seasonal foliage and plants before foraging inspiration from nature throughout the Hall's gardens and woodlands.
Returning to the comfortable Studio, participants will create their own artwork in a supportive and welcoming environment, with tuition in nature painting techniques and individual supportive guidance from local nature-theme artist Elle Woods.
Suitable for complete beginners and those with painting experience. Please bring a packed lunch, suitable outdoor footwear and clothing.
