After expert restoration, our historic Victorian conservatory is now an exciting, versatile meeting space, business hub and events resource, finished to the highest sustainable standards.
Thanks to help from the Covid Recovery Fund we’ve been able to invest time, money and loving care into our Victorian conservatory, restoring it to its former glory, and employing state-of-the-art innovation to add so much more.
Available to hire, participants also benefit from all Leighton’s other amenities, including catering, friendly and experienced staff, easy and close parking, access to the garden, woodland walk and log circle allowing guests to stretch their legs!
Leighton is the perfect venue for business meetings; it is easy to access – only 3 miles from the M6 Junction 35 and the peaceful beautiful surroundings are guaranteed to get the creative juices flowing!

Half Day (9.00am to 12.30pm or 1.00pm to 4.30pm) - £231 inc VAT3.5 hours at a rate of £55.00 + VAT per hour
Full Day (9.00am to 5.00pm) - £480 inc VAT8 hours at a rate of £50.00 + VAT per hour
