Winner of two tourism awards, Leighton Hall is the perfect half day destination for your group. Awarded “BEST FOR GROUPS” in 2014 at Lancashire Tourism Awards and Finalists in 2015 as well as the recipient of a “HIDDEN GEM” accolade for customer service, from quality assurance scheme VAQAS. These commendations reassure you of a top quality day out at an attraction that has been welcoming coach parties and groups for over 40 years.

Group Visits to Leighton Hall Country House in CarnforthA trip to Leighton Hall gives your group, access to beautiful Gillow furniture grounds and gardens for an afternoon stroll, entertaining  and fascinating house tours, breath taking  flying displays from birds of prey and delicious homemade cakes and plenty of tea served how it should be in “real” tea cups, in our charming  tea rooms.

We regularly welcome pre booked parties of 25 or more. We give your coach driver free entry to the hall, a free meal   and perhaps most importantly free and ample parking in our coach park. We haven’t forgotten about the Group Organisers either. We provide you with a free tour  of the Hall when you bring your group to us.

Drop off your party right outside our front door, relax, and let our friendly and enthusiastic guides do the rest.

A day out in the country yet only 5 miles from the M6, we offer 3 themed packages, so whether you’ve a fondness for flora or a passion for the past, there’s a fulfilling package for you.

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Leighton Hall is open all year round for pre booked groups of 25 or more.

How to get here:

By Car: 10 minutes drive from M6, exit 35. Leighton Hall is signposted with brown tourism signs from the M6 junction on the A6

If using Satnav, our postcode is LA5 9ST, however we strongly recommend that once you have reached the A6, you follow the brown tourism signs as satnavs can be inaccurate from here on.

By Coach: Follow directions as above, but rather than taking the signed route off the A6 up Dykes Lane, continue a few 100 yards along the A6 to the next left up Roseacre Lane - signed 'Leighton Coaches'. At the end turn left, up the hill where you will pick up the brown tourism signs again. You are only 5 minutes away!
